Disney has released a new trailer for its next Solo: A Star Wars Story that gives us our best look so far in the upcoming installment of the franchise of Star Wars .
The trailer gives us our best view of what the film is about. The trailer opens with Qi & Ra (played by Game of Thrones & Emilia Clarke & # 39;) asking Han Solo (Alden Ehrenreich) if he seeks revenge, money or something else. In a short time, Han is hired for a job: to tell Tobias Beckett of Woody Harrelson, who is a driver and who has waited a long time for "a shot like this". The film no doubt has the feeling of a heist story: we see Han, Qi Ra and Tobias recruit a very gentle Lando Calrissian ("Everything you've heard about me is true"), while Beckett tells him to Han that once he gets together, he is part of this life forever. There is also a lot of high-flying action as the team exchanges shots with the Imperial soldiers and repels the TIE Fighters in the Millennium Falcon.
Solo is like the Rogue One of 2016 : it is a movie that is disconnected from the biggest "saga" movies like The Phantom Menace A new hope and The awakening of force, that tells an independent story within the wider world that has already been established. Unlike Rogue One which featured a cast of new characters, Solo is one of the most iconic figures in the franchise: a young Han Solo and how he became the character We saw it for the first time at Mos Eisley Cantina.
Consequently, the film has a high level to cross with the fans, who might not be really convinced of the idea of a story of Han Solo origin. That is compounded by the production problems of the film, which included its original directors Christopher Miller and Phil Lord who were fired in the middle of the shoot, with his replacement, Ron Howard, making repeated re-shots.
