The XPS 13 is our favorite Windows laptop that offers the perfect trifecta of style, portability and performance.

Although we have seen it for only $ 749, that price generally applies to the base configuration, which has been hampered by a previous generation CPU or an anemic 128 GB SSD. Today, however, Dell through its eBay store is offering the XPS 13 (9360) with 8 GB of RAM and a 256 GB SSD for $ 899.99. That's $ 400 off the traditional price of this system and the lowest we've seen for this configuration.

In terms of performance, this XPS will not disappoint because it houses a 1.8GHz Core i7. 8550U quad-core processor. In our tests, the XPS 13 scored an impressive 14,158 on Geekbench 4, which is more than twice the average of the 6,801 category for 13-inch ultraportables. The fast 256 GB SSD was also able to transfer 4.97 GB of files in just 10 seconds at a speed of 508Mbps.

However, it is the battery life of the XPS that impressed us. The laptop endured an epic of 16 hours and 5 minutes in our battery test. That's more than enough for a full flight from New York to Taiwan without needing a recharge.

It is worth noting that Dell has a new XPS 13 (9370), which is currently on sale. You can withdraw $ 100 from the selected configurations of the newest laptop through the coupon code "100OFF999". However, a similarly configured XPS 9370 would cost you $ 1,099.99 after the coupon. In addition, the base model only has 4GB of RAM and a 128GB SSD for $ 999.99.

And although the model 9370 has some improvements worth mentioning as a better cooling system and support eGPU, lacks USB ports type A (hi, dongle life) and its battery reaches a maximum of 12 hours and 37 minutes.

There's nothing to be wasted, but in a nutshell: you'll find more value in XPS 13 9360.
