Pepe could join Wolves in January transfer window- Record

Pepe has finalized the contract with Besiktas

Pepe could potentially be chosen to join the Wolves in the next January window, according to the Portuguese outlet, Record.

Pepe previously played in Turkey for Besiktas, where he made 52 appearances. Scoring seven and assisting three.

However, at 35 years of age their contract will be terminated earlier this month and Record suggests it was because of their high salary.

But this means that now the wolves could sign Pepe for free in January.

The newly promoted side was linked to a movement for Pepe during the summer.

Pepe is also a client of Jorge Mendes, who has other clients in Wolves such as Ruben Neves and Diogo. Jot.

The Wolves' impressive start to the season

While Pepe would be a good addition to the Wolves squad, they are not doing badly this season.

Despite being the first season back in the Premier League Wolves are currently in place 7 th after 17 games.

They are also one point behind the place 6 th Manchester United.

Wolves have the best defense outside the top four, allowing only 19 goals in 17 games, less than Arsenal and Man United.

However, the Wolves' next game is a difficult test against an undefeated Liverpool on Friday night.
