The new advancement of the film Venom by Sony is finished, and it corrects the error of the first advance having Venom in it. Too much Venom, really, to the point where it might suggest that you stay away if you are averse to the spoiler. For everyone else, they'll see Tom Hardy's Eddie Brock come to terms with the new powers granted by the symbiote and use them for a predictable violent effect.
Venom came out on October 5 and continues Spider-Man: Homecoming on "Sony's Marvel Universe." It does not intersect with the broader Marvel Cinematic Universe.
