Microsoft Office 2007 is a version of Microsoft Office, a suite and productivity software suite for Windows developed and published by Microsoft. It was released in manufacturing on November 3, 2006. After that, it became available to volume license customers on November 30, 2006, and later retailed on January 30, 2007, the same release date for Windows Vista. It was successful before Office 2003 and after Office 2010.
Office 2007 introduces a new graphical user interface called Fluent User Interface that uses ribbon and Office menus instead of menu bars and toolbars. . The new format makes it easier to share information between programs, improve security, reduce document size, and enable new recovery scenarios.
Office 2007 includes Windows XP Service Pack 2, Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1, or later operating systems; Running on Windows XP Professional x64 Edition is the last version of Microsoft Office.
