Apple will reportedly announce a red iPhone 8 tomorrow

According to reports, Apple will introduce a new color in its line of iPhone 8 and 8 Plus: red. The new color is part of the company's association with (RED), a defense group dedicated to fighting HIV / AIDS in Africa.

MacRumors reports that he has seen a note from Virgin Mobile, which says that Apple will announce the phone option on Monday, April 9. Reportedly, the note indicates that the phone will be available for preordering, but that it does not specify whether this will include an edition of iPhone X.

Product Red was founded in 2006 by the U2 leader Bono and the activist of ONE Campaign Bobby Shriver, and gives its name to other private companies to highlight efforts to combat HIV / AIDS in eight African countries: Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Rwanda, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania and Zambia. Apple released several iPods, iPads and special cases (RED) over the years, and last year launched an iPhone 7 for the first time last year.
