In a fully anticipated turn of events, Ariana Grande appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon to perform her new single "No Tears Left to Cry" tonight. What he may not have seen coming was his choice of instruments: Grande partnered with Fallon and The Roots to play the song completely with the accessories from Nintendo's cardboard Labo line. It's an impressive feat, and we should know, since trying to program a song and build instruments using Labo proved to be a great challenge during our tests. However, we are not quite sure who managed the programming for tonight's presentation.
Of course, this is not the first time that the Roots have ventured into the music of videogames in the program. In 2016, just before the release of Super Mario Run on the iPhone, the band partnered with the creator of Mario Shigeru Miyamoto to play the iconic theme Mario Bros ] Great, meanwhile, has shown his appreciation for the games by appearing as a character in the mobile title Final Fantasy Brave Exvius .
