9. Samsung (67/100)
If Samsung gave their laptops half the amount of love they give their phones, the company would probably be better. However, technical support is excellent.

How we evaluate brands
Each brand of laptop is assigned a score based on a scale of 100 points. Points are awarded in five categories: design, revisions, technical support / warranty, innovation and value, and selection. This is what each one means.
Comments (40 points): The most important aspect of any brand is the quality of its products. To determine the score of the category Revisions of a company, we used the ratings that we gave to laptops between March 1, 2017 and February 28, 2018. We take the average rating of laptops for each brand (Mag rates). of Laptop on a scale of 1 to 5), converted that average rating to a scale of 40 points and then added a bonus of 0.75 points for each Editor's Choice award.
Design (15 points): We will absolutely judge a notebook by its cover, and its sides, cover, bevel and base. Although no two laptops are exactly the same, each brand has a design language that crosses its product lines.

Technical support and warranty (20 points): When you buy a laptop, you want to know that the manufacturer is going to support that machine and help you with technical problems. We base the score of this category mainly on the rankings of our Annual Technical Support Challenge, in which we do covert operations and pose questions to all companies, using their telephone, web and social channels. However, 2 of the 20 points were awarded based on the quality of the company's standard warranty coverage.
Innovation (10 points): The laptop market is moving quickly, and if it stops, you will get turned around. For the Innovation category, we award points based on the brand's ability to advance in the market by implementing or developing new technologies, as well as taking risks.
Value and selection (15 points): How many different types? of buyers is the manufacturer, and do the products provide good returns for their money? For this category, we give points for offering a wide range of types of portable equipment (budget, business, games, etc.) and for offering aggressive prices.
