The Golden Joystick Awards has announced its pre-selection list for the Final Game of the year 2018.
The definitive Game category of the year this year is a little different from the previous years, now the category has its own Independent voting week – starting today after the closing of the main vote yesterday. This change is to allow games like Call of Duty to enter the race: Black Ops 4, Assassins & apos; s Creed Odyssey and Red Dead Redemption 2.
"There is a wide variety of games in this year's list of the year," said Daniel Dawkins, Global Chief Editor of GamesRadar +. "We are proud to present the show of games like Assassin's Aped, Creed: Odyssey and Red Dead Redemption 2 along with defining successes of the year like Fortnite and independent hits like Dead Cells and Into The Breach."
