Post Malone took the world of music by storm with his second album Beerbongs & Bentleys and is preparing to make the same impact in Hollywood. The rapper will debut as an actor in the Netflix crime drama Wonderland with Mark Wahlberg.
This promising project is an adaptation of one of the books of the Spenser saga. This series of detective novels was initially written by Robert B. Parker, but Ace Atkins took it over after the legendary mystery author died in 2010.
The next film will be based on his novel Wonderland ]published in 2013. Follows Spenser after leaving prison, finding himself trapped again in the criminal underworld of Boston, while trying to uncover the truth about a sensational murder and the twisted conspiracy behind him.
The casting of Post Malone attracted the most attention because a complete newcomer to this world, but Wonderland increases the impressive cast of experienced artists. In addition to Wahlberg, it is also starring Oscar winner Alan Arkin, Black Panther Winston Duke, and Fargo Bokeem Woodbine.
The character's name is Post Malone. Keep playing is still a mystery, but so is the release date of this original Netflix intriguing. Peter Berg, who worked with Wahlberg on four separate occasions, will serve as director.
