Davies of the Brewers placed on DL for 10 days with rotator cuff injury
The Milwaukee Brewers placed Zach Davies on the disabled list, but the pitcher is about to lose a single start.
Milwaukee Brewers right-hander Zach Davies was placed on the 10-day disabled list with right rotator cuff inflammation, the team announced. Thursday. [19659020] The move is retroactive to Monday. Davies is expected to lose only a start.
Joins Christian Yelich, Lorenzo Cain, Eric Thames and Jimmy Nelson as Brewers who have already been on the disabled list this season.
The 25-year-old pitcher has a 2-3 record with a 4.24 ERA in 34 innings pitched.
