The summer film season began this year with the release of Avengers: Infinity War but despite its historical performance at the box office, audiences no doubt have an appetite for things other than Marvel Superheros. Fortunately, May will bring many new alternative options to television screens.
Netflix will add several movies and television shows to its original content line, including the zombie movie Cargo on May 18, the Amanda Seyfried and Clive Owen sci-fi movie Anon ] on May 10, and the fourth season of the unconditional comedy series unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt on the 30th. The second season of Dear White People will premiere on May 4.
