Now there are hundreds of thousands of applications available for your iPhone X (and others), and surprisingly, many of the best ones are free.
The following list shows our selection of the best free applications for iPhone, and includes iPhone applications for social networks, travel, news, photography, productivity and more. Most of these applications are also compatible with iPod touch.
What's going to be interesting is how the iPhone X affects this list of best apps, because the bigger screen means that developers have to code their products differently to cater to the new audience.
But no matter what phone you have, as long as it's made by Apple (and it's not too old) you can enjoy these titles that have been selected by the expert application of TechRadar. reviewers, who analyze through the App Store regularly to see what is bubbling … and if it's worth downloading.
New this week: RememBear
RememBear puts a friendly and hairy face on the administration of passwords. Starting is simple, as it enters the user names and passwords of the website. Everything you enter is completely protected behind a master password, or Touch ID if you have a compatible iPhone.
The application can be integrated with Safari for iPhone, but it also has its own built-in browser, if you want to keep certain passwords and activity away from prying eyes. There is also synchronization between devices so you can use your logins on Mac, PC and Android devices.
Here there are less possibilities than in 1Password – RememBear is only for logins on the website and payment cards, not things like notes and servers. Still, its focus and friendliness make it a great option if you're not using a password manager, or if it is, but you want something simpler.
